How are your products made?

All our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. This means each item is produced specifically for you upon order placement, reducing waste and overproduction.

Can I customise a product?

Some of our products can be customized. You can also contact us if you would like your own design added to any of our products.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product listing includes a size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizes selected.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. For the USA, allow 7–14 business days for delivery. International orders may take 10–21 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
